"BEST STUDENT ACCOM in Manchester. Lived here during my entire degree. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, the public kitchen/bathrooms/dining rooms get cleaned regularly by cleaning staff. If you experience any issues with your room, the maintenance staff is always happy to help (you have to fill in an online maintenance request form). There are plenty of shops nearby including Tesco, Lidl, Poundland, Co-op and many takeaway restaurants on Curry mile. They also have laundry rooms (washing machines&dryers) that you can access 24/7 + ironing board and hoover that you can borrow from Langdale reception and return. On top of that there is a cinema room, games room with table tennis and pool table, as well as a foosball table and outdoor tennis court surrounded by a nice green space. All the staff members are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Ged and Katie would go out of their way to ensure all the residents get a positive experience living here."

The staff in the office are really nice and helpful and are happy to chat to you about anything, any worries you may have and they will happily listen. The caretaker is also very nice, he will help you with any issues you may have in your accommodation and will get it sorted as soon as possible."
